New build distribution warehouse with a gross internal area of 11,400 square metres, together with associated new office headquarters with a gross internal area of 2,300 square metres. The new facility will be constructed on a green field site adjacent to Waterside Business Park in Witham. The scope of works includes bringing in new services, estate roads and stormwater attenuation.
