The Strand

Pre-Construction duties for the internal and external refurbishment of existing offices in the Strand to Category A standards. The works included reconfiguring the basement whilst maintaining the operation of the ground floor retail units. Feasibility studies were undertaken for adding additional floors at roof level. The project was sold for residential development immediately prior to start on site.
